The Feature for Adding PG-files to each other to each other normally make a single file of many files having the same number of variables covering different periods.
In this case the time is not changing. The files are only attached to each other to form a merged single output file.
A new feature now allows a single file within the list of files to be scaled back or forward in time.
The content of a file that is used for scaling will not be changed but the time points will be moved but still forming a continous time in the output.
This type of files can be of interest if you intend to make long preperiods or long scenarios to understand the intertia of your system.
