The time representation of the data in the meteorological file should normally be in the middle of the time period that it represents.
This means that if using daily mean value or hourly mean values the time points should be 12:00 or 00:30
However the model has also accepted other time points within the day but 00:00 was undefined since it was been two days. A new fix that correspond to the function of previous version will now handle also 00:00 providing that all records in the input file have a fixed interval.
