The Option “Change Parameter During Simulation” was not working for Parameter Tables.
The Error has been for long time since the start of version 5.0
The bug is now deleted and model should both show the parameters in the Dynamic Paramaters Sheet
and considering those during the simulations.
This function should be used with some care and notice that the option can not be part of also
changes between runs. This means that you can not calibrate values set by this option.
