The option of using the switch LateralInput from model Structure Module as In driving File
was not reading the values from the file.
The values from the variables WSource should have been assigned to the same values as those in the input binary file when the option is working correctly.
You may also consider to use the WaterShed approach that enables a flexibility of file names instead of a fixed input file name as when using the In driving File option
