Currently the installation procedure is not correctly completed when running the
SetupCoupModel5.msi file on a windows computer.
The installation is interupt and asking for a file:
045_001.pfn file. Normally this file should be retrieved during the installation procedure.
To fix the problem you are asked to download also the file: 045_001.pfn file to your download directory prior you try to run the SetUpCoupModel5.msi file.
This should fix the problem prior I will replace the current SetupCoupModel5.msi file
