A number of bugs and incomplete features with respect to the new Import of CSV files have been deleted.
The current version is checking time specifications and are skipping records if the time
is not consistent with an increase with time.
If you have data in excel that after export to a csv file can not be imported or read please let me know !
Note that many optional Date/Time format is not compatible but standard formats should work.
Basic requriement is that one or two columns should contain the specifications
of Date and optionally an additonal Time column.
