Snow melt-refreeze function, Global Radiation

A normal value for forests 1.5E-7 implies that a global radiation of 15 MJ m-2 during a sunny day in the spring will melt 2.2 mm of new snow or 6.6 mm of old snow with the value MeltCoefGlobRadAge1 put to 2. Values of open fields may be 2-3 times larger.
