Introduced lateral Salt GW inflow to allow export of Salt from one run to another simulation in a similar way as made for water. Providing that SaltGWSource switch is enabled the input variables are expected to be defined in the LateralInput File. The input variable are identified by the names SaltDrainflow and they are represented in the run as SaltSourceFlow.
