The Coupmodel is using an internal file format that is made for easy read and processing of time series. A number of options exist for how to process the data after they have been converted the binary format.
In most cases it is very easy and simple to make an import of data from other formats of data providing the use of a simple text files to convert from. However, there are a certain number of restrictions and not all the data can be easy to convert. In the example below a simple example will be shown demonstrating how data originating from the Swedish SMHI can be used.
