Three major changes of the import option
(1) Many files can be converted in one session
(2) The SMHI Open data format is now converted also with the detailed information about Latitude, Longitude and Altitude

(3) Files without any header line are now also converted providing some of the for delimiter characters are used consistently (tab, space, semicolumn or comma)
One major change for the PG file processing Data Substitution
The options for using linear regression between the included variables are extended to work for normal PG files also when then have only one repeations. In this case all variables are compared with each others and substitution of missing values are made with the obtained regression showing the highest R2-value.
