A new output variable is defined to make the DOC and DON more detailed.
Previously the transport of DOC and DON was the only represented as
CTotDisOrgDrainage and NTotDisOrgDrainage
now we also have defined
DissolvedCDrainConc and DissolvedNDrainConc
Note that also the concentrations from all the soil layers are available.
