If the wind speed is given at another reference height than
the air temperature and air humidity, it can be estimated at the reference
height of air temperature – if StabilityCorrection is either "Paulsen-1970" or
"Beljaars-Holslag-1991". The output should be regarded as an auxiliary in the
estimation process of the aerodynamic resistance above
snow.
